Welcome to the Autism Support Center of the Northeast Arc

The Autism Support Center, a program of Northeast Arc, was created in July 1991 to assist parents and professionals who expressed a need for assistance finding information and support about autism spectrum disorders. Our staff offers information and referral, support groups, and training to parents and professionals affected by or interested in ASD.

The Center features a highly regarded resource library that is open to the public.  ASC serves hundreds of people each year through center-sponsored activities, such as the annual picnic, family movie events at local theaters, a bike clinic, and other fun activities.  Various workshops and conferences on relevant topics are offered on a monthly basis.

ASC is directed by a Parent Advisory Policy Committee comprised of parents of children with ASD.  The Center is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services.
